Its been always a technique problem in cheerleading in terms of this specific skill aside from the landing ,arm and body placements; the technique all star cheer teams usually do 2 step back before doing a standing I know it' s some sort of maneuver but it looks sloppy sometimes if they dont do proper technique,hope all star teams in general would consider improve their technique in standing full just take notes on gymnastics.
