Positioning of Levin tube & nasogastric tube and preventive care for aspiration pneumonia

I have experienced a situation where aspiration Pn and even arrest occur due to incorrect L-tube insertion position. Find out the really simple and important L-tube core nursing as a sloppy job ^-^
