  • Another classic Yoel Gold video. Watch what happened when Mordechai Sultan woke up with chest pains. Hatzolah was at his door in less than 30 seconds. How did they get there so fast at 3:30 in the morning? And why were they carrying the specialized equipment that saved his life? YOU MUST SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT!

Baruch Hashem! Now we need to talk about the general state of health or lack thereof, in the frum community. There is a mistaken belief that a meat based diet is preferred and is some how Kadosh. Science has proven time and gain how damaging animal protein is to our health. There needs to be a greater focus upon diet and lifestyle and this should and MUST be seen as avodat Hashem! God loaned us a body and we are obligated to maintain it as best we can through proper diet and exercise. How can we be the light unto the nations if we are burdened with unnecessary health issues like diabetes, heart problems and excessive weight?
Health starts with our diet. Every bite of food we take either supports or diminishes our health. Going plant based will save money at the store and pharmacy. Cultivating health is Godly and holy and the greatest legacy which can be passed on.

I 100% disagree. Just neurologically I have visual snow syndrome with migraines, vertigo, and trigeminal neuralgia. Besides my custom tinted glasses (Violet 73% not FL-41) the most successful treatment has been going on a Modified Keto Diet. It consists of Animal Protein (Mostly Chicken and Fish), Vegetables and Fruits. My cheat foods are honey and pistachios. That along with the supplement regimen has been the most successful to improve my health. In addition, if you are going to start to say eggs and dairy are fine, they are not for me. Eggs kill my digestive system and my milk allergies are so bad that I can take only plant or spore based probiotics. For health, each person is different, just because it is good for you it is not for others.
