Thank you for saying that WOW at the end. My husband works from home and was denied a job he was interviewing for 6 months for and really wanted, we just sold our house in the beginning of january, and are living with his parents while we wait to move back to south florida. I thought while selling our house that we did something wrong or that our lives are on pause cause were going back to his parents and not on our own with our daughter, and we just felt lost as Christian's cause we didnt understand why. Hearing your words reminded us that we are so focused on where were going but were forgetting the journey to get there. Thank you for always reminding us of our faith in jesus and just being positive people as well. Really needed this ❤ stay safe!

When my son has his growing pains I give him Tylenol or Motrin then put a warm rag on his legs and massage them till he falls back asleep and he almost never wakes back up in pain from them. They are the worst. Btw the wow was 🔥🔥. I love watching y’all and the message you guys spread ❤️
I love this vlog. I also love your “Super WOW” I definitely agree that this is a huge opportunity to truly slow down. To re-evaluate our priorities. Thank you for sharing. I hope many people can hear it and drop out of fear and panic. This too shall pass.

Epsome salt warm bath helped my daughter with her growing pains
I used to get growing pains like that so often! Bananas help a ton! Also, if he likes pickles, the juice in them also helps with leg pains!
I LOVE when they get so cute passionate about their faith and their feelings with their WOW. It’s infectious
My granddaughter gets growing pains quite frequently. Massage until she falls asleep helps, but that isn't always practical for parents. A heating pad helps too (my daughter uses the ones fill with rice and you heat in the microwave.) Oh my goodness, the video of Kingston climbing up the steps is ADORABLE!! Great tire swing! I spray my groceries. I also set it aside for a couple of days to be on safe side. My 73 year old mother lives with me and I worry about her.

WOW I loved the end of this video! I feel the same way about wanting everyone to feel the peace and freedom that I feel in having my identity be in Christ and nothing else! As a college student whose life is completely disrupted by everything going on right now, this is exactly the encouragement and reminder I needed, thank you!!
I’ve developed a small cough and runny nose due to allergies and OMG anytime I sneeze or cough during a work online meeting people freeze and stare at me in horror. I just turn off my camera and mute so I can be in peace 😂 love you guys!! The second swing looked amazing :)

Both my boys would get them so I feel your pain, a lot of restless nights. What worked for us was Tylenol and massaging till they would fall asleep. Good luck and stay safe. Love your videos❤️

LOVE that you guys are spraying everything down. Since everything started whenever I buy anything I ask them not to put the items in a bag I leave them in my cart then use Lysol (disinfectant) wipes and wipes EVERYTHING before I put it in my reusable bag so I know it’s good to come in my house when I get home. And I have only had 1 gentleman tell me I was being ridiculous. But I know it’s just an extra step to keep my family safe
Please pray for all of the teachers!! It's my first year teaching and on top of being overwhelmed from trying to stay afloat, doing everything remotely has been so challenging. I teach 1st grade in a low income school and making sure that each kid has some sort of device AND THEN trying to have 6 year olds navigate the internet has been crazy. I miss my babies with all my heart. School is their safe haven and I hate not being able to give them that. Much love Penavegas!!!

I use to have really bad growing pains as well and my mom use to rub alcohol on my legs and massage my feet and it helped and now I do it for my child. 😊

I got the worst growing pains as a kid as well and 3 out of 4 of my kids have had them so what I find works best is heating pads as well as the homemade rice bags that you can heat up . This helps relive the pain. Your kids are so adorable I hope this helps ❤️

Yes spray the bags! My oldest daughter had growing pains. I gave her baby Tylenol and rubbed her calves and shins. It happened quite a few times. Now she’s 5’9”. My other 2 daughters didn’t have them. Glad y’all are home safe. Blessings
I also have a allergies too so I went to the store yesterday I was so scared to cough in the store...lol. But it went well. I have a prayer request for a friend of mine who's grandma is in the hospital in the icu. love you guys so much. thanks for the positive vibes.
My daughter is 4 and has had growing pains since she was 2. Finally used the deep relief roll on from YL and that has helped tremendously!!

PenaVega vlogs are my favorite vlogs :) we have soooo many reusable bags because we buy a new one whenever we forget to bring them to the store. I have like eight just in my car. Lastly, I am not necessarily a Christian but I do believe there is a higher power out there and I think you both approach your faith on this channel so tastefully and in a relatable way. Your words of wisdom are so applicable to anyone 💜 we all have to trust in something larger than ourselves.

When I was young my parents would put biofreeze on my legs and put long knee socks over them. Maybe you can make some kind of essential oil cream that’s a bit more natural that would have a similar effect??

Growing pains are the worse! My mom is a Nurse Practitioner & she always rubbed in & massage Aspercream on my joints 👍🏼
For growing pains, I always use a cotton ball to rub rubbing alcohol on my legs. I don't know what is does but it helps a lot.
Alexa, my babies (all 4 of them) had bad growing pains when they were little. What someone told me was to give them children's tylenol and rub a little vicks vapor rub. I know it's a Mexican thing, but it worked so well on them. Oh, and most importantly I prayed over them and it also seemed to calm them down, just to know that Jesus was gonna make them better. I used to get the worst growing pains. My mom made a heart pack full of rice to heat up and put on my knees. It’s the only thing that helps
I clean everything I buy before bringing it in even amazon packages. So no you're not the only one.
Growing pains must be awful. My kids had them! I used to learn to rub them in my sleep. I had a Mom of 8 kids tell me to give them a TUMS for calcium and Ibuprofen .. It always would give them a Tum before bed. Fun watching your beautiful family!
