Snake gets top 8 at nearly every S rank and A rank tournament. It’s easy to see why. His damage output is stupidly good and he doesn’t even have to approach to deal this much, his kill power is great, C4 is ridiculously strong killing at 90% against most characters, and his edge/ledgeguarding is the best in Ultimate imo, he also has fantastic representation from Ally, MVD, Salem, Shogun, Pelca, and Mr. R. Imo, he’s the best character in Ultimate. But I’ll admit he needs to be toned down a bit, mainly the hitbox and knockback on his C4 and his grenade’s damage output

Myran got greedy, and as usual Snake's overwhelming / busted assortment of options netted him an easy kill off of a grenade confirm into an aerial. Ffs.
People who hate on Olimar need to get checked, at least he requires you to actually commit to things. Snake just gets to stand there and press assortments of B the entire match. Pikmin Throw is good and can be oppressive, but it doesn't win neutral for free by itself. Snake's B moves do, PLUS he also has USmash.
