Hey David, its a Robert Sorby chisel with a titanium nitride coating. Apparently it helps with edge retention, but who knows. It makes it look cool though hahah
Thanks Mark. I use OSMO oil. its the food safe countertop oil they have. Its great stuff, not cheap but I think its worth the cost. A little goes a long way
