Just remember to always turn off game music, there's plenty of copyright free music you can play in the background.

Sure i know. But it would be better, if developers implement a stream/RUclips safe mode when they do not got the right licenz. Music is a part of the game and should be safe to use.

@@HemiZockt I agree with you about the music being part of the game but developers are also struggling and need a way to pay for all their production costs and copyrighted music is one way they get a lot of revenue because a lot of people make videos.

@@CharleyTank That makes no sense, you mean devs get paid for using copyrighted music? If they have no mony to licence they should use free music or tell the gamers about not stream or put the gamemusic into vids. Just a small hint and a mutebutton.

@@HemiZockt No they don't get paid they have to pay someone for the in game music and a lot of small developers use music that has a copyright or they score the music themselves. The copyright owners put the music on RUclips as a copyright protected song. RUclips will flag every video that comes out with that song and give all the revenue to that original creator which I believe to be a good idea because RUclips stands behind the original creator. You can make ambient background music yourself and put it on RUclips and if someone uses that music you own the copyright and all revenue made from that video. I have got copyrights from even the largest game developers and even from copyright free music and that's one reason I don't use game music or copyright free music. How copyright free music becomes copyrighted is when that struggling music artist sells that track and the new owner knowing he will cash in if he puts a copyright on that previously copyright free song because millions of people used it in videos. Developers are shady with game music and they are getting paid a small amount from that copyright.
