TODAY'S RECIPE IS Delicious Orange Pound Cake, I'm Sure You're Gonna Love it | Yummy
For Eggless orange pound cake recipe • Orange Pound Cake | Te...
INGREDIENTS:
One orange
Collect orange zest
Squeeze juice
Soften butter 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Orange zest
Beat until creamy
2 eggs one at a time
All purpose flour 3/4 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Orange juice
Orange essence 1/2 tsp
Mix well
6 inch pan
Greased butter
Place baking paper
Bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 40-50 mins
Or cook it in a pan for 30-40 mins on medium flame
Let it cool down
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

I made this n this has to be one of the most beautiful batter ive made lol. For those who wanna know yeah i made this with a whisk n not a electric mixer it works both ways. The cake is unbelievably soft n veryyy tasty . The sugar ratio is absolutely perfect. . In love with this cake n i suggest all of u to make this masterpiece of a cake : )))

Trust me guys..... this cake is best then any other cakes that i had ate .... i actually thought orange cake wouldn't taste good .... but now this is my personal favourite...... it was sooo soft and delicious....guyssss pls try it u will all like it .....and also i had baked it in an circle 7 inch tin still it çame out perfect .... it was soo fluffy ...with even baking soda .... love the recipe.....i also shared with many of my friends..... it was sooo yummmmyyyyy......

I doubled this recipe cos I was sure it was not going to be enough. It's really yummy and a superb recipe for keeps. I didn't HV orange essence so I used vanilla in replacement. Came out well but I guess the orange essence makes a lot of difference wr2 the smell
