I love your nails, and those shower steamers sound like they smell incredible. It’s so hard to have a business you’re running by yourself. There’s is just so much to do and it’s hard to take a moment knowing there’s so much to do. And if you’re not doing it, no one else will. Try not to feel too bad. We do need to give ourselves some grace. I know I'm guilty of pushing through sickness or pain, where I wouldn't otherwise. I'm so glad you listened to your body and took a break to rest. I hope you're feeling so much better!! 💜💜

As small business owners we have so many balls in the air that we don’t have the time to be sick and guilt ourselves when we do. We really have to listen to our bodies and find time to rest. I’m writing this while sitting on the sofa having decided that I can make more candles tomorrow and to relax this evening ❤
