So the characters from League of Legends are Ekko, Qiyana, Senna, Akali, and Yasuo.
Ekko's first voice is Thutmose, last verse is DUCKWRTH, Qiyana is Becky G, Senna is Keke Palmer, and Akali is Soyeon.
In game backstory, Akali took a break from KDA to find another more rap-focused group, and thus made True Damage, Yasuo is the DJ producer of the song, his power is related to wind (he's a samurai) so that is why he's in a wind tunnel and he uses his sword to reverse the wind current. Ekko's whole powers are relating to time skipping, jumping, and illusions by messing with time, which is why he's jumping everywhere and all glitchy looking. Senna deals with shadows, and Qiyana's hoop is bladed and she uses to it to attack.
I feel like True Damage did a great job of implementing the in-game character powers to their music video counterpart, and knowing how the characters are played in-game really helps grasp what's happening in the video.
One thing that throws a lot of people off is the line where Becky G sings how they ask where Qiqi's at and people think she said Keke so they get them confused.

So, here comes the story/lore stuff: Akali joined kda and they released Pop Stars, in 2018. With the fame she gathered she went back to her roots and releasede GIANTS with her old group, using her popularity to put her old friends in the spotlight! wOoOoow This year, back with kda they released their EP Kda All Out.
Oh and Soyeon is akali both in kda and true damage, cause they are they the same "person"

So, the reason it always says "feat. (artist/singer name here)" is because they're trying to depict the characters singing instead of the actual artists. So, for example, Soyeon is usually singing Akali's focused parts. Akali is one of the MAAAANY characters in League of Legends. There's obviously a lot of background to each character and why each character is associated with each singer, but I'll let someone else explain that. For now, however, here's the list of each character and the people singing for them in each video so far:
K/DA:
Ahri = Miyeon
Akali = Soyeon
Evelynn(Pop/Stars, More) = Madison Beer
Evelynn(The Baddest) = Bea Miller
Evelynn(Villain) = Madison Beer & Kim Petras

She is still Akali. Storylinewise Akali of KDA got a group of artists together to collab, the DJ is Yasuo, the dude rapping is Ekko, the girls are Senna and Qiyanna.
The live version they did for this at the opening ceremonies last year was super dope.
So to clarify your confusion Soyong is still "Akali". This song was a collab she had with True Damage in the time between the release of KDA Pop/Stars and the second single The Baddest.
To conclude and so you can understand the characters we have: Soyong as "Akali"; Thuthmose and Duckwrth as "Ekko" (the 1st guy you see, he's played by both int the difference in vocals); Becky G as "Qyianna" (the one on the ring, pink hair); and Keke Palmer as "Senna"; the dj is "Yasuo" as no voice actor or singer.
It was also made for the Worlds Finals of the competitive gaming in 2018 or 19 that's why they are in France also.

Ekko, the main leader of the group (voiced by Thutmose on the first verse and Duckwrth on the bridge) is a time-traveler in-game, both lore and gameplay-wise. That explains his "glitchiness" all over the place, the weird reverse-beat on the bridge, and his "I keep on shattering time" and other time-related lines.
Akali from True Damage and KDA is the same Akali, that's why she's voiced by Soyeon in both !
The first verse of Ekko was done by one artist.
The second verse, which is a verse for Ekko’s shadow and a different artist does it.
(which in game is a shadow that follows you around with 4 seconds of delay, which is your ultimate, if you’re in trouble you can use your ult and you teleport to that shadow recovering the health you had 4 seconds ago, cool)

That skin was made, I guess exclusive for Louis Vuitton especially the true damage qiyana prestige edition.
This band exists in the same universe of KDA, akali takes part in both bands but this is after Pop stars. Yasuo the DJ with the sword also takes part on KDA by helping them to record the new song, he appears in one of the HQs and akali says that she likes to get close to the members of a band and create friendship bonds, so she takes the best out of that and learn a bit with each person she meet.

Just a short info: there are many different types of music and reasons for the songs. Gians was for Skin promotion
World songs: To promote the upcoming world championship once a year
Skin songs: To promote the skins
KDA: Kinda for skins too but its a own thing now because so many people liked it
Special songs: like breathe for their cardgame (its a really good ballad imo) and many others
I do not remember more. but this is just to give you a quick info
I feel obligated to state that the 'time jumps' and flickering is Ekko. The character itself has powers related to time travel and teleporting. In the game, he can completely reset time and his afterimage chases him around to show where he'd be. So yeah, when Yasuo used his wind blade to reverse the fan, Ekko stopped time and changed the beat for a solo. The way it returned to reality with the time speedup at the end shows that. Most of the character abilities or backgrounds were showcased here.. from Qiyana's nobility and weapon to Senna's ghostly form and travel powers. So yeah, this all is so much deeper once you know the stories behind the characters.

As with most thing in league, this shit has some lore behind it. Akali from K/DA decided to create a side project to find young talents, and Akali being a rapper, it is easy to imagine why this song is so focused on rapping. As for the "static" effects that you were talking about, main boy rapper here is called Ekko - in league of legends he can travel back in time and they incorporated his abilities in the visuals of the song.

Each characters is from the game with different gameplays, theyr looks can change as a normal artist (like skins in the game). Before "The Baddest" of K/DA we believed that there's only gonna be one artist for each character but the recent EP of K/DA showed that there's gonna be different artist for the characters in some songs.
IDK if anyone has answered this but, the flickering lights thingy... If I remember correctly it's Ekko's skill, he has the ability to flicker from here and there

Game has a bunch of characters... but the kda and true damage are line of skins you can get for characters..... but for ads and promotions they're doung animated music videos using the characters but real iconic artist's are their vocals such as alkali's vocals being soyeon
Ekko: the guy in the beginning is DUCKWRTH and Thutmose . Ekkos passive in the game is he has a clone that he can warp back in time to where his clone was.
The effects that you see is because of Ekko’s character ability. He can reverse time and manipulate it for a bit.
There are more songs made for LoL's Worlds tournaments, like Rise, Phoenix, Legends Never Die, etc., which are more made FOR LoL rather than BY them, but they're still worth a listen. They're more or less all an "underdog rising to the challenge" feel rather than these character groups' songs, which basically give off the "we're badass" vibes.
little fun fact,the flickering and stuff it's because Ekko's abilities (the cutie rapper I love him so much),he can rewind time so that second verse has that rewind type of effect he owns,Riot always put these nice touches about the characters in the music/videoclips

So here, The characters onthe video are like "skins" on the game the champions on the game has a lot of "skins" that makes them like a new different features. Yeah Soyeon's still Akali. The storyline is insane every champion has a "lore" which is the story of their lives or where they came from (that's another story) but for Ekko's side (the one who is rapping) has the power to rewind time and stop the time as you can see on the video.

Akali is the name of the in game character that Soyeon voices in the KDA universe. In "More" -the first KDA video you watched- the Chinese singer is the minty haired character at the end who is not a member, but rather a "featured artist" in universe. And welcome to the KDA/League of Legends fandom.
She is still Akali. When they say featuring. It means " these are the voices of the characters" expect for when they said seriaphine. That was because she was a featured character in the group , Soyeon is this Akali here

True Damage is a group formed by K/DA member Akali (voiced by Soyeon) during KDA's break after "Popstars". Akali discovered some young talent and wanted to bring them into the spotlight.
Singer Senna (Voiced by Keke Palmer, dreads character), Singer/Rapper Qiyanna (voiced by Becky G, The only other female besides Akali and Senna), Rapper Ekko (voiced by Duckwrth and Thutmose, one in the first half the other in the switch up) and Producer Yasuo (voiced by no one cause hes the DJ)
