Hi Tricia! The spa video will be online at 5pm today - and so not long to go now! We thought it was €45 for four hours but it ended up being €40 for four hours. So we thought it was a really good price. The hot tubs are for everyone - it is only the specified 'Unique' area that is supposed to be out of bounds. Richard said the omelette's got better and that you can request if you want it to be cooked for a bit longer to get the consistency that you like the most. The dancing was a lot of fun! I was just so hot due to the humidity. Thanks for watching! xx
Good morning boys. I loved your videos and you have inspired my partner I to go to the same resort and fwe are lying out this Monday. I was wondering how far you have to walk to the beach to get a sun~bed and if you know how much they charged for one? and did you ever swim in the sea? and if so was it very stoney underneath your feet? Also could you tell me if there are any good bars outside the resort that is worth visiting that you both liked? We have recently returned from our holiday at the Gran Bahia Del Duque Hotel in Costa Adeje in Tenerife ( worth a look ) so we know the general routine of the resort but the drinks were rather pricey saying that the measures were very generous and was wondering if it is the same in this resort too. Hi Jo & Derek! OMG I am soooooo excited for you both! I wish I could go back again now - I don't want to wait any longer! How exciting that you are going this Monday! Hooray! The beach is extremely close and the sun beds on there are close to the hotel too. If you use the special gate at the end of the resort then you can get on to the sea front really quickly. Then turn left and walk past the lighthouse to get onto the beach. Walking on the beach for 5-10 mins (depending on your speed) and that is where all the sun loungers are located. Sun loungers were available between 9am -5pm and it was €5 for one, or €7.50 for two. Card payment only. We did indeed go in the sea (that's actually our next vlog!) and it isn't stoney at all. Anything to the right of the lighthouse is stoney - and then the main Maspalomas Beach is to the left and that is just lovely dune sand everywhere - so I didn't wear any water shoes in the sea as I didn't need them. Cafe Del Mar was our favourite place to go for a drink in the evening as it was at the end of the infinity pool. Really good atmosphere and fantastic entertainment there. There are a lot of shops and bars along the front and so plenty of other options to explore. I don't drink alcohol and so the only thing I can't answer is about the measures at the Lopesan - I only ever have a coca-cola! Give my love to Manchester!!!! xxx

Your videos are a complete hoot and so funny and lighthearted and it totally convinced us to go after viewing them! I am almost packed Jo I has not even started haha. I do not drink either so will probably have alcohol free beers or whatever and I really hope you get to go again very soon!!!!! Will let you know on our return how we got on but anything is better than the constant rain here in Manchester at the moment. Have a fun and a fabulous weekend D&J XX
Toon and I are going to respond like this day-over-the-Lopesan was just yesterday. We've stayed in Lopesan Ville del Conde in October 2023. More or less four doors to the right on the Meloneras hotel boulevard. Your hotel looks like huge as a city in the village of Meloneras. Last October we've been walking along the infinity pool of your hotel and had a drink at the pool restaurant. The Unique concept we've read but never reached a borderline... The fact that there is a nude area in this hotel is completely new. However, thinking it more over, nudity is very much allowed and normal at the Spanish beaches as long it is not in the middle of the clothed section on the beaches. By the way, you were not dancing a mambo. It was salsa and you did it pretty well! Meanwhile, you guys forgot to cream your noses to protect from the sun. That's why you have these red noses. How things will develop with Richard's hair we're curious. What we have been seeing though the cap sofar it's high blond...
Ooh yes his hair was full on blonde but not really the right tone that he pictured!! Villa del Conde looks epic! We’ve walked past it a lot but not stayed there. It’s definitely on our list to try one day. We’ve actually now tried the Unique option at the Costa Meloneras and so that will be coming up on a future vlog!! And yes the nudity section is definitely not going to be for everyone! ❤️
