How to play Reckless Love by Corey Asbury (Bethel Music) on acoustic guitar. This one is really easy. In this video I'm teaching how to play the song in the key of D with a capo. You can put the capo on the 3rd fret or the 4th fret to play either in F or Gb.
In my acoustic video, I played it with key of G chords, but my guitar was tuned down 1/2 step.

Get a beginners level snare book. Learning drums or some sort of percussion instrument is immensely helpful in every aspect of becoming an accomplished musician, no matter what your primary instrument is. It’s all counting and feel. If you can get the counting and subdivisions down the rest will come naturally. Eventually you wont even have to think about strum patterns, it will just flow!! :)

There's actually two different strumming patterns for this song, the album version is [U d] [D dud] and there's another just regular [D dudu D dudu] . I think what you said Suresh is right too.
