- Quick tour around the hotel, I will upload a short video of the room we stayed in. Overall we had a fantastic holiday, we stayed for 4 nights. Absolutely loved Lanzarote would highly recommend going there. There was pros to this hotel, I actually really enjoyed the food here. Dino park was great fun for the kids and broke the day up but needs updating. Would I stay again? Probably not am afraid, very outdated and could generally do with a good deep clean. Some staff very friendly others not so much. There was a free shuttle down to the sea front and shops which we used once. Also, not to bad on the transfer times from the airport.

Nie polecam tego hotelu. Lezaki tak okupowane nawet od zeszlej nocy ale brudno i czesc parku wodnego zamknieta a do tego remonty apartamentow od samego rana do wieczora. Jedzenie marne. Staff nie przyjazny jak by pracowal za kare. Kiepsko najgorsze wakacje jakie do tej pory mielismy. Synek mial kawalek duzego plastiku w jedzeniu prawie sie udlawil

I went for new year in 2022 i loved it so did the kids want to go bk in October or at Christmas again ❤

I went in November and watching this video made all the memories come back good entertainment I would recommend great fun for children 😢🎉
We loved Lanzarote, was our second time here. We will definitely return but thinking a different part of the island next time 💕

Hi is there just steps up into thr main reception or is there a ramp. Also is there a lift down to the dining area as looking at going there but will have someone in a wheel chair
Hi yes there is ramps into the main reception and they have ramps going down to all levels of the resort.

Hello sorry about the delay, there is no lift that I saw but there are ramps down to every level 😊
Is it good there please as thinking of going but reviews on trip advisor putting me off
The food was lovely there is lots of stuff for the kids to do. The room was clean but if I had a choice to pick a different hotel I would. It’s a little ran down and could do with some TLC. Bar staff were hit and miss too. 🩵

Hi, thinking of tak8ng my 13 Daughter and 14 year old son end of August next year.
Do you think at that age they will enjoy it there.

Hello Ashley, I do think they would enjoy it, if you can get a good price. There are better Waterpark hotels around but if you can get a good price then I would say yes. The kids spent a couple of hours a day at the Waterpark, but there was also a nice pool and other things for them to do. I did a video on the food if you check that out. The food was very good and no complaints from any of us. Thanks for watching means a lot 😊

I would recommend Tenerife and go to Siam Park we did that last year and loved it.

What was the temperatures like there guys?
It was very hot on 2 of the days then windy in the middle. Always around the 20 degrees. I think it went to around 25. It did dip on an evening though. I would recommend taking a jump/light jacket if you are planning on going at that time of year. 😊

I would recommend going in November when I went it was 30 - 33 degrees and the lowest was 25 degrees 😊
