The Malaysian pair prime time was a couple of years back, we can't blame them because of such age gap different. I will even give them credit for keeping the score closed, I myself play competitive badminton so I know.

@@dukedave7 age will catch up to everyone even the best, it's only whether it's early or later!. I've been seeing Goh/Chan play for a long time. They are so slow & decline in strength compares to couple of years back. Age is catching up to Lindan now, the youngster are beating him left & right.
This msian pair has just been going downhill since their independent sponsorship, losing to various teams in early rounds esp the last 9 mths after peaking in their NZ open win. Stamina and maybe confidence issue as well. Need to reassess for their future sake.
it's absolutely unfair regarding Chan/Goh. Supporting team being on winning side is very easy. And was very cruel from BAM to let them "go" after WF the year prior. Certainly that Malaysia has another 2 pairs, however judging the world ranking Chan/Goh better pair. And once Gill Clark and, if I'm not mistaken Steen Pedersen, mentioned while commenting one of the matches.
