This comment actually made me wonder what Switzerland is in the world of Cyberpunk. What if it is the only country in the world that is actually prosperous?
You'd think that AI would already have progressed far if it has been left sitting for 50 years. Also that bioweapon is terrifying to think about, I'm sure Militech has a few left over just in case
I was increasingly inclined to think that as I saw more and more of how inhuman Alt had become....and after the Peralez questline, I am now absolutely certain of it. I suspect the AIs are controlling the Peralezes. Only question now is...will Johnny help Alt recover enough of her humanity to be an ally in that fight, or will she be leading the charge?
@@SusCalvin I only had a few of the corebooks/supplments back in the 2020 era. though I did recently order one of the chromebooks and Solo of Fortune 2(Strangely I dont see a Solo of Fortune 1 anywhere, so i'm assuming it's some sort of joke I don't get) and I dug my old Corebook and Edgerunners Inc book out of storage. I may order more of the old books for fun, though I don't table top game anymore. I still like reading them.
Well... if you chose to destroy the Delamain mainframe to release the rouge AI's one of them will actually message you that he's gonna be waiting.. On the moon for V's arrival.

the fact they called the italian police
" carabinieri " shows that this game is well researched
The EC is a more centralized power in 2020. Interpol and other EC agencies take a more active part but there's still a lot of local cops around.
Notice how he said Padanian Government. I think Italy collapsed a long time ago.
@@jclark4047 apparently according to the wiki Italy still exists, north just seceded from it.

2077 AI's used by corporations are way less powerful than the rogue AI's still trapped in the old net after the 2022 datakrash
Biological weapons in Busan 😉 "nice reference to train to busan." And there's definitely something with A.I going on with that in DLC
Busan must be full of things like Brendan or Delemain, a fun place besides all the death and destruction
And corridor voices say it will be the location of the first DLC.
This kind of stuff is gold for finding hooks for the tabletop game
Have a strong feeling that expansions will focus on rogue AI's.

That used to be a conspiracy theory back in the 2020 game. Netrunners theorized about what a full AI might do if unfettered.

Will you make a compilation of the different TV shows? like you did with Safe & Sound shows.
Probably not at the moment. Interest in the TV shows is somewhat lower.

It was death threats from the fans to the employees of CDPR that pushed this game out early, not the investors.

They say biological weapons, so maybe some form of jacked-up Anthrax?
It wasn't nuked, Militech bombed it with biological weapons.
