    These many Oats contain actually too much calories. Instead poli bhaji and fruits are best. You should avoid energy drink and keep buttermilk with you.

      Poli bhiji bhakari jwari nachani etc chi sukhi bhajji daal mug tur alternative tupachi fhodni deun kami oil salad koshimir taak ase jevan kele weight control hi rahte ni sarv nutrition pan milte

      Protein, avashyak tewdha fat, fibre and calories are important. And workout karnaryansathi pre and post calorie intake is must (again as per individual body type) 😊
