I think Rod Laver needs to be in the conversation. It was not his fault that the pig-headed rulers of tennis prevented professionals from playing in the majors for years. Laver lost out on competing in 20 majors from 1963 - 1967, when his game was arguably at its best. I think he likely would have won 8 or 9 of those, giving him an ultimate career total of 19 or 20. He won the calendar Grand Slam TWICE, something none of the Big Three have ever even done ONCE (Djokovic came the closest in 2001 by winning the Australian, French, and Wimbledon, but then he foolishly decided to compete in the Olympics that year, which wore him out physically and mentally, and he lost in the US Open final to Danil Medvedev as a result).

I've always wondered how close the big three are personally. They practically live together seeing as how they're always at same locations because of the tour, they seem to be friendly, but curious as to how much of that is just being gentlemanly to each other for appearance's sake and how much is real.
Next gen is here it’s such a blessing for these young guys to get advice from the 3 greatest tennis players to ever pick up a racquet. They should cherish this moment and to Novak’s question of being a coach I think he would really help Danill Medvedev a lot. And I could see Fed coaching Thiem and Nadal with Zverev

That was probably the most pressure he's ever been under in his life honestly. That wimbledon would have meant everything to him. It might be the last grand slam finals he'll be in in his life and I'm sure he was thinking about all of that instead of playing out the point. He literally won't get over this until he wins another grand slam...which could very likely mean that he won't get over it for the rest of his life.
