Lots of interesting talk about dream lovers, which is interesting as I have this person from my past who is a recurring dream character, and these dreams have a long, back-and-forth soap opera energy. In fact, she appeared just last night, where she was reluctant, a bit fearful, to really commit to me. She loves me and always returns to me, but also holds back, not fully really to confess her love. I was thinking about this, and understand it’s my mind mashing up nostalgia, lost love and wish fulfillment. But I am also hoping that I am really connecting to her in real life, just across the dreamscape. But I haven’t seen the “real” her in many years, and I am aware how unrealistic this all sounds. Is she my soulmate? Was she at one time but no longer? Could she be ago? Could long separated souls reconnect? Oh, and I should also mention that I’ve been inundated with synchronicities and signs about her since Thanksgiving, and I did send her a Christmas package including a long love letter where I shared a lot of feelings and thoughts I’ve had about her for all these years. I just had to finally get all that off my chest. And maybe I just wanted to get the dream version of her out of my head. Who knows? But I do feel like there’s this but for cord connecting us, if that makes any sense, and I have this insane idea that she’ll call or show up at my front door. All Waiting For Godot, I know.
