The flow is confusing even for me, a web developer. Is not clear difference on what you guys call a PDF Form, PDF Document. Is it possible to have someone fill the web form and output the nice pdf layout? I was not able to achieve that even after watching the webinar. When I edit my pdf-form, looks nice. When I share, the layout is crapy basic like any other standard form. When a submission happens, I get the same standard email, where is the PDF????????? FRUSTRATING..
The idea of jotform sounds great on the surface and in reality when a form is created with the PDF builder or converted with the PDF builder it does not work. Sections of the form are missing once it's in the PDF builder. This is also true when the copy is emailed to the client. Sections are missing. (and none of the Hide options were selected in the form either). Customer support does not seem to know how to fix it. Since there is no way to virtually connect or speak to someone directly it can take hours if not longer to receive a solution from support.
Hello Gigi, We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. If your issue is still unresolved, could you please provide your existing ticket so we can further investigate? If there are sections missing after conversion, you can always recreate them in the PDF Builder by dragging the form elements into your form or your PDF form. If it's a different case, please contact us again through our Support Contact Form www.jotform.com/contact/ so we can assist you further.

Thanks Annabel, this was a fantastic walkthrough. I'm so happy with JotForm's new PDF editor. I use it myself and help my clients use it too.
One of the best form building app
