Emir Yavuz You cant switch back to your ultimate shadow instantly instead you have to wait 1 sec after you ult a target so dodging some skillshots just doesnt work anymore.

Julian Simon high platinum here, while zed is in a better state right now than he was in the tank meta and i wouldn't consider him dead the ult nerf was pretty big.It didn't hurt him that much in laning phase but come teamfights you were just waiting to get cc'd by the frontline after ulting.Even riot has realized it and they will be buffing it soon
+Shai Shaul It really is a skill matchup, as someone who has played both champions extensively and the matchup, it is close. Kata has mobility, and is better at teamfighting, but Zed has higher damage and more reliable single target assassination. Honestly, Kata can get out of the W-E slow-double Q easier than most champions with a Shunpo. Plus she has really high ult damage when played properly, but I think Zed wins lane. I've still won lane against Zeds with the Q-E-W combo after they shadow, but I've beat Katas by smart play.
Bjerg never gave up on Zed, he plays for meta and climbing. Hard to win with Zed currently because tankerinos tanking and a bit more tank with that tank. XD
