Hey I appreciate the showcase! Now that I'm seeing this again it feels like I left it a bit under decorated in some places so I'll probably do an update in the near future lmao.
I snapped this one up as soon as I saw it. The origial Sky Suite was such a let down, especially for so high a cost. Such a grand kitching/dining area and lounge, but no bedroom. I supposed it could be taken as commentary on how Neon seems all glitz and glamor in some areas, but it's just a hollow shell once you look behind it. The 'view' off the balcony of this luxury apartment certainly says that. But in truth, it just felt unfinished to me. This mod though it really does feel on par with such luxury accommodations as the Mercury suite in New Atlantis or your home on Nesoi.
Thanks for these mod showcases! This might need a couple of minor tweaks, like the refrigerator doors, but really looks amazing and totally elevates that space
He did an amazing job furnishing everything. Was a bit turned off by just how large the expansion was, though, considering it was basically a giant display hall. I'd think display would be in the entry way and then lounge area before bedroom. Office/workshop was a bit odd too. Still awesome work on an awesome mod.

Neon apartment now finally worth getting. Probably way beyond your scope as the video would probably take quite a few hours to complete, but would like to hear your views about TGs Galactic Colonies Expanse by TankGirl444. Mod is not on creations.
@@elrondofrivendell4337 Thanks for the suggestion. At this time I'm only doing Mods on Creations, as they're the easiest for the general audience to work with. I'm certainly not against Nexus, I have it myself, just a short path I've decided on for now.
That's unfortunate. I've seen the tweets from Bethesda Support saying they have a higher than normal volume of Bug Reports but hopefully they'll get yours fixed soon.
That's happened to me because of a bugged weapon mod, can't remember what it was but as I downloaded it the game froze and when i restarted it, it was stuck on reloading files. Had to go in xbox files and delete reserved space to delete all mods. Fortunately, all downloaded mods are put in your Library automatically so you don't have to look for them to redownload but yeah... sucks to have that happen. At least there's a fix!
Now, if houses like that were available to normal income people. Maybe save up and buy a place like that, I'd consider moving to the big city. For me it's pretty much anything but the big city.

That mod makes the Neon Sky Suite a good buy. The OG is so tiny, I see no sense in it, unless you Really Love Neon to buy that...
That's the main reason I showed the original because 200K in game is outrageous for that space. And it's a weird space at that.
Someone this talented deserves to get paid for their work. I can't believe this is free.
It's possible that they have additional works on the way and this (there's 3 other Homes they've done) is the "foot in the door" so to speak.
