Hi Rav. It’s a shame so many people are negative about helping a person out who is down on their luck. Donating is always a choice and not mandatory. I know what it means to have to do without but I don’t wish that on anyone. I enjoy many RUclips channels and am a patron on a few. I look on my small donation as a tip for brightening my day and educating me in some way. IMHO creators put time and effort into their channels, or at least the ones I enjoy. If all their subs that are able contribute even just a dollar each it can have a very nice accumulative impact. Of course I realize not everyone can but thankfully I’m in a position to be able to now and it gives me pleasure knowing I’ve tipped a channel I enjoy. Safe and happy travels. Wish I could go to the RTR but maybe someday. I look forward to to seeing your broadcasts from there hopefully.

There's no RTR in the autumn. It's always been in January near Quartzsite. Bob does want to start having smaller RTRs across the country all year but that's just a dream for now. There are caravans and other events throughout the year but the original RTR is always in winter.

Why should others replace their belongings. I understand the loss and especially living in a van/camper. We all make choices.

@@NOMADNEWSTV I spend about 7 months a year (so far) boondocking solo. Whether nomad or not I really don't see a reason to give money to these RUclipsrs. I watch some like Bex and Slim Potatohead for awesome filming and narration. I watch Linescrew1, AST and DC Parodies for entertainment. I once had my share of no money for 6 months while caring for my ex-husband who passed away from an AVM. Took me 7 years of MY hard work to financially recover and I alone did it.
Patsy Kluting-Lucas Many van dwellers who skip from country to country just get the cheapest insurance because they have to pay too much. Unfortunately, although I like Susi, she can be very naive. Instead of filming herself crying ect, she should have been more active sorting stuff out the filming in the ambulance was a bit icky.

This makes me want to start a YT channel just encase my truck, camper or health reasons I can ask for the YT community to fork over $$ ??
