Jin and Jimin don't mean that they actually have forgotten how to sing but they mean how to sing/act as a professional singer for people just like Jin says he don't know how to talk in front of cameras now. He obviously can as you can see here and at the fan meet was talking in front of cameras and he does it very well just like before but to him it feels odd now because he hasn't done it for so long.
So don't take what they say literal.
