I tried molded ceramics while in a therapeutic arts program and was like THIS IS NOW ME. I do 6 week courses that aren’t cheap but they’re now budgeted next to rent. I’m 10 weeks in, getting better at hand building but still TRULY terrible on the wheel. Like not progressing nearly as well as my peers. I never go on the wheel with a vision anymore. Each piece kind of drives the ship and I come out with many unique beautiful little whoopsies. It’s my favorite part of my week.
I've been watching vids and thinking how cathartic it must feel with that clay in your hands. Well, I took the plunge & found a wheel on marketplace! Picking it up 100 miles from my home tomorrow! Cannot wait to get in there & see what happens! Wish me luck!
Great job I recently joined Pottery oh gosh we don't use the spinny thingy so like we do it by hand but gurl my Pottery teacher says it does not have to be perfect as long as you are enjoying that's all that matters and she says throw perfection out the door but love your results just getting some wonderful ideas from this pls mind me😂

But it did them no good because they didn't believe what God told them. They couldn't enter because of disobedience and unbelief. This is a call to enter into God's rest, so what is stopping you ? Is it disobedience? Jesus has been made a sin offering, he died already, allow him into your heart so you can find rest from your labour. This load is too heavy for you to carry, let him help you. Another Goodnews is that he is the only God that forgives and forgets (Heb 10:17, Heb 4 "I will never again remember their sins and lawless deeds.") saith the Lord. He is knocking, allow him today.
