    INGREDIENTS
    ARBORIO RICE 250 G.
    SHALLOT ONION 1UNITS
    GARLIC 2 UNITS
    SEA - BEANS 1 BUNCH
    WHITE WINE 75 ML.
    VEGETABLE STOCK 1 LT.
    GRANA PADANO 50 G.
    OLIVE OIL 50 ML.
    LEMON 1 UNITS
    SEA BASS 1 FİLLET
    BABY ZUCCHINI 2 UNITS
    MUSTARD SPROUTS
    SALT AND BLACK PEPPER
    METHOD
    1- Place a pot half full of water on the “Gaggenau Limitless cooking surface induction cooker” and boil the water.
    2- Add the sea beans to the boiled water, boil for 10 minutes then remove and peel.
    3- With the help of a garlic press beat a portion of the sea beans with lemon juice, salt and olive oil to create a sea bean pesto.
    4- Set your “Gaggenau Combi Steam Oven” to %100 humidity, 110 degrees.
    5- Add the risotto rice, the sea beans, shallot onion, garlic, vegetable water and white wine to the “Gaggenau oven tray and place the tray to the bottom section of the oven and cook for 13 minutes.
    6- Place the sea bass which you’ve seasoned with salt and pepper on the ‘’Gaggenau Combi Steam Oven’s holed tray and add the sliced baby zucchini on top.
    7- Place the risotto and sea bass in the same oven and cook for 12 more minutes.
    8- After cooking for 12 minutes, add butter, parmesan cheese, and the sea bean pesto to the risotto and stir.
    9- You may add your sea bean risotto and steam cooked sea bass to your plate and serve.
