I’ve grown up with dachshunds - All these years of Link saying Jade is a dachshund mix and I was always like “Jade, does not look like a dachshund to me.” 😂 this is validating.
She’s always seemed like she has a deep knowledge of the universe in that lil brain of hers. Or maybe she’s been with Rhett too much when he’s had Red Bull or used the hallucination app 😂

GMM idea: matching the dogs to their owners in a lineup!! - same structure like the matching laughs, identical twins, etc :) could be a cute way to test if dogs look like their owners

Lord, the absolute cautious fear in Link's expression when Stevie starts saying the genetic thing that Jasper has before realising it wasn't something bad. You can tell he was worried for a second. These dogs are so loved, even if they aren't full dachschunds
It would have been so cool to bring a vet tech into this to see how their guesses compare! One of our favorite games is to guess the mixes that come in.
My favorite breed IS the Rat Terrier! 😍 Amazing companions, farm dogs for their prey drive, and they're always down for trying and learning new things. Super smart dogs! And easy to care for.

My dogs' DNA tests were quite simple when it comes to breed... Just German Shepherd. Our boy was adopted, and our girl was from a breeder, but I got DNA testing for both. The test for genetic health conditions is great. Jasper nudging Link for more pets was stinkin' adorable. 🥰
This was a surprisingly good episode! I hope they do this again. Really cool idea. It's crazy that all the dogs have chihuahua in them. But as a chihuahua owner, I know that they are very charming and win people over quickly.
