The utility room was exposed with wall studs, the concrete around one of the pipes had some major erosion, which one of them did eventually burst flooding the whole room next to mine. there was also a big room that had literally no windows and we had a massive box tv which made it a sort of theater room, the lights sucked in that room too being unresponsive. Later while finishing it, my parents found out that the widow to my bedroom was broken. I lived in that basement for 8 yrs.

Florence House and Oxford Street Shelter in Portland Maine are both built on a property with only half of the property used for shelter space. The other halves are fallow and have only been used for hapless gardening projects. Recently at OSS and somewhat at FH there has been an issue of needing more space for shelters, since the homeless are overcrowding the facilities. But the idea of using the fallow spaces is unfeasible for the administrators, apparently because there are basements underneath these areas that are used for people who stay there to run terror on the homeless people. Recently there has been a big plan to move all two hundred plus homeless residents to a far away and dangerous location in Riverton, and ignoring the fact that all they really need to do is put up double wide trailers in the extra space and it would be done. I know that FH has a basement in that location and I know that many people stay there for surveillance and terror. I have no doubt the same is at OSS and probably many other places that people refuse to develop. They just refuse to dig into these spaces because they will unearth recently used spaces.
About number 4, I do realize the wolf thing we saw had sharp teeth, but until now, I didn’t realize it’s claws weren’t as sharp as it’s teeth. So maybe it’s just a man in a costume.
