I recently bought the Heavyhitch mower deck dolly. It is well-constructed and feels stable. I bought this product not only for the storage versatility but also to provide a way to safely and easily change my mower blades and power wash the bottom of my deck. The deck arrived without assembly instructions or directions on how to get them. After a phone call, the company directed me to the website.
I, too, have the loader dolly, and I added the change he made for the parking stand for the newer loaders. You would need to drill two holes. It keeps the wheels from moving off the stand.
lol, thanks Tim, I learned something today I had no idea of... I didn't know the loader will lock in the up position when removing it from the tractor. Been watching videos for two years and never saw that demonstrated or even mentioned.
A lot of us do not have indoor storage capabilities. I have to store all implements outside. I can store mine up next to a shed to protect they as best as possible.
I am very happy with my Mudds. I use them for my X738 60HC deck. I sling the deck before I back off and pick it up with forks on my 2025R. I recently bought the loader dolly. It's still in the box. They offer 2 kick stand wheels. One for bent kick stand like yours and one for straight bottom. I called to confirm which one I needed. That bucket looks like something I need to pickup sea weed on the beach or right now leaves washing in.
I love the deck storage idea. I wish I had something like this for my garden tractors deck. I've got 2 actually a Cub Cadet 2206 for mowing then the Case 222 (modified) as my snow and dirt mover as well as everything else machine. I still think the deck storage idea is super cool!
I'd like to know the width of the dolly to see if I have enough room for one. I know the length of the mower won't be a problem but was concerned about the width. It looks to be around 20 inches.
Great video Tim! I am now curious if you were one that got HH to change there dolly description to include the 72”. A month ago I called them asked if it would work on a 72” They told me no it would not work, about a week or two ago their website changed and now says it does work with the 72” . I called and confirmed the change or compatibility. Lol I received mine last week for my 72” deck.
Love the video's, great to see you back fit and well again, I've been thinking with coming into autumn/ winter and about the job of clearing up fallen leaves, I've seen there is alot of mini round balers coming onto the market either 3 point mounted or drawbar or even powered by a BCS 2 wheel tractor, my thought and idea for you Tim is how do these deal with fallen leaves? And are the mini rakes any good to use in leaves to make windrows
Tim, I looked all over the Heavy Hitch website using your url shortcut but could not find the Deck Cart. Where are they and how much? Thanks, love your videos.
Please show the 72 inch deck with the antiscalping fix from deere, I noticed the ski on it in this video. Also thanks for the tip about not putting pressure on the wheels of the loader dollies. I put too much pressure on mine and bent the wheels enough so that all the ball bearing fell out. I call the deck dollie guy and he would not fix or replace mine. I went to harbor freight and bought better wheels.
Those are pretty slick additions👍, sadly due to space I'll have to leave my FEL on or store outside, I also have a neighbor that has "carts" made that when he removes an implement it goes on a cart, which is then stored in a rack similar to what you'd find in a warehouse, it is very slick, and he will store his tiller, box, scraper, bucket....well pretty much everything but his rotary cutter, neat place and setup👍
Another thing that I like about these pieces sitting on wheels is they aren't touching the ground to rust. Having said that I'm a tight wad that goes to the scrap metal yard for material and make my own usually for 1/4 the price. I have orange paint but no room for green! lol Just kidding a brother in the Lord. Bless Y'all and thank you for the videos.
All great storage items but I store my mower deck in the vertical position and put it into a corner. for the loader, I'm still old school and I use 2 Funiture dollies to carry the load.
I'm sure I would enjoy the stability but that requires space, which I am very short on. Were all doing great here, hope your all too.@@TractorTimewithTim
I watched this as soon as you posted it, but came back to it to check pin fit of the Load-N-Go Ramps. I just installed mine Saturday. The pins do not fit in the front loader lower holes. The operator right barely starts. I am going to loosen all the bolts of the 2 sides when I have the Deck hanging next to see if I can adjust the alignment of the pins enough to get them to drop in. I still was able to get the deck on my new Heavy Hitch Dolly with no problems. Did you run into a pin misalignment other than not getting them to insert fully due to the welds? Thanks.
@TractorTimewithTim that's no good. I would order the whole thing as soon as it's available! I feel like Deere missed out on making that option not available on them from factory. Thank you Tim for the awsome content as always!
I bought the deck dolly trying to save a few dollars and I instantly regretted it... I had to buy the drive over mounts and the mudds solution. I can't even sell the dolly, I've tried... It's just this big awkward green thing taking up space in my garage.
May I ask why you regret purchasing a deck dolly? I have the 54D deck for our 1025R and I did not get the load and go brackets so I think the Deck Dolly would be perfect as a mobile solution and to store the deck upright or to clean it.
does a lift kit for a mid mount mower just lift the deck for you while your on the tractor? how is it normally done. going to buy a mid mount mower today and during my research i've found some with lift kits, i see on the regular kit there is a handle i assume thats how you make the deck go up and down? mines a 4210, so its not the quick attach kind
Would the deck dolly work better without a bucket installed? I’m thinking as the bucket cylinders relax, the bucket edge will be dragging when you try to move the loader.
Question on the loader dolly Tim, when the bucket creeps down over time the edge of it will eventually make contact with the floor. Does it hinder rolling it around?
Deck Dolly sells two versions of the Loader Dolly - one is straight and one is curved. Which version do you have on your 120R loader, TTWT? I’m taking delivery of a new 1025R, this week, so I’m new to all of this!
Wonder if this would work with a finish mower? Given the provisions of the wheel spindle adjustable coupling system/do hickie. Don't know what else to call it.

On green tractor talk forum, you can find pictures of people bolting on a prefab JDQA plate onto the flat drive over ramps to make a load n go system. Its really simple and affordable.
Maybe if these companies made better coatings, no fade, and no Tonka Toy paint peeling. You should be able to keep the deck outside. Thanks very much!
I doubt anyone currently make one for my old 72 Deere deck. But thanks to Tony for idea to make some stands myself.
As long as the gauge wheel holes are same size, it should work.
Nifty storage systems for the mower deck and loader. These will certainly save space in the shop.
I, too, have the loader dolly, and I added the change he made for the parking stand for the newer loaders. You would need to drill two holes. It keeps the wheels from moving off the stand.
You could put a piece of plywood on that stand and put your power flow and tube for the bagger on their. Seems super handy to have!
Mower deck storage looks great and I bet it'd work for the big 47 and 54 snowblower for summer storage with the plywood idea.
We showed snowblower photos…don’t even need the plywood!
I musta missed it getting coffee. Gonna rewatch video 😊
lol, thanks Tim, I learned something today I had no idea of... I didn't know the loader will lock in the up position when removing it from the tractor. Been watching videos for two years and never saw that demonstrated or even mentioned.
So looking at the tractor last night... it occurred to me, how do you unlock the loader from the fully up position when reinstalling it?
I just picked up a Deck Dolly for my 54A deck; it's a really well made product!

Congratulations! Yep, typical of Heavy Hitch quality!
Nice storage and mobility options. Everyone can use multiple styles of grapples

Those are AWESOME ideas!!! They would make a great gift. Only problem is, I need a bigger building. 😆. I have never had my loader off my 1025R.
I really like the idea. I would love something for my Deere brush hog. It takes up so much horizontal space. I was wrestling with it today.

Unfortunately, none of this is available for Kubota or other brands. The load n go concept is difficult for them due to ssqa design.
