- Easy flexi rod set on stretched hair using flaxseed gel + lightweight leave-in conditioner. I used a quick & easy heatless stretching hack to help save drying time. This technique is great for beginners or if you want to cheat a flexi rod set without dedicating too much time waiting for them to dry. I’m also sharing a two week update so you can see how well flexi rod curls lasted over a course of 14 days.

1. Dampen curls w/ more (styler) product & re-roll to refresh frizzy curls.
2. Allow it to air out & dry fully before going to bed.
3. Sleeping on wet hair causes breakage.
4. On day 7 instead of washing curls, use the stretched hair to your advantage!
5. Lightly dampen+detangle curls & do a twist out
or braid out to go another 7 days.
6. Don't feel pressured to your flexi rod set done in one day.
7. I prefer doing this style over the course of weekend to give myself ample time to get it properly done, helping it to last longer.

Will you ever sell the ambunu shampoo ? Mine’s never came out that way
Make sure you allow it to soak overnight and use 5 tablespoons ambunu to 2 cups of freshly boiled water. It should come out just like mine in the video. If it doesn't work out, check out Sahel Cosmetics to see if they have a pre-made ambunu shampoo. 💜
