    Try freezing some of the drink and use as the ice cubes. That way you retain the taste when it melts, rather than normal ice cubes which will dilute the taste after it melts.

    Chef, I made this and it came out too thick, even after sieving like 10 times. Could it be too much rice? I used jasmine rice

      It either needs more water or your sieve is not fine enough.
