Spray Paint - I used and prefer Rustoleum 2x. Matte Black.
Scrap book paper of your choice. I got mine from Michael's Arts & Crafts. Brand is Recollection.
Mod Podge
Epoxy of your choice

Tools typically used - Craft knife, 120 grit sandpaper and 180 to 220 for finer sanding after the 120. Scissors, weeding tools, transfer tape. 91% and 70% alcohol, paint or makeup brushes, mod podge, dusk mask, chemical mask, gloves. Paper towels and coffee filters.

So Gorgeous... I do not sell so can not afford all the cool vinyl..So next best is printing background on vinyl or using all the scrapbook paper I have had for years. Those are do Awesome. I love both but the green one spoke to me...Great job thanks. hugs Sheryl 💙🎨💙
