Do not buy this pump. It worked 2 months only and now battery has given up. Now they want me to courier it to their service center in another city. I used it twice or thrice only. Cheap chinese copy of MI pump.
Can we Just check the air pressure before filling the air?

I mean when I charge it with my Mobile charger.... A red light gets on and after sometime it becomes blue. But the Charging Bar in Battery Pic is same . In my case it's not increasing . It's showing only one bar.
mine doesn't even gets blue it's stable red.

Yes, but recommended for emergency use only as it takes time to inflate the tyres (~5-7 min per tyre depending on tyre pressure).
Is it possible to fix some PSI value eg 33 in the memory of Vayu inflator for car instead of decreasing it every time from 36 to 33.If so,how to do that ?

No, but you can simply use key or any pointed object to deflate the tyre and then set it to a desired psi using this pump.

Yes as it has bigger motor..but mi has a better build quality
In one charge can it fill all the 4 Tyres of a car?
Absolutely, probably multiple times. It takes ~8-9 minutes to fill 4 tyres (@32 psi). It's recommended to switch off the device to cool off after 10 minutes of usage, but it still has a lot of battery. Can re-use after the device cools down.
It shows half battery after filling 21 psi to 33 psi, so don't think it will inflate all 4 from no air to full. But 10 psi for each tyre it can manage
