Mine personal hair growth journey of success, I myself followed this routine:
Take early morning sunlight every day for vitamin D. Eat vegetables of various colours. Applying paraben and fragrance free hair shampoo and gently massaging twice a week with hair oil by litttleextra's cooconion. Imp. to keep in mind that hair growth is influenced by general health as well as circulation and nutrition.
Mam you cannot compare lifelong hairfall in women with hairloss in mens due to mpb! It's completely different thing maybe you might be lucky that the hairfall was temperrory!

DHT is one of the main causes of hair loss, but other factors are also associated with it such as Nutritional deficiencies like Vit. B12, Vit. D, Iron, Calcium. Also Hormonal imbalances like irregularity in thyroid hormone, Telogen effluvium, in case of extreme physical or mental stress for which you need to do some blood investigations, to determine if the hair loss is due to above causes. With the reports, you need to have a proper consultation with Dermatologist for effective treatment of your hair loss.

I have undergone 2 sittings of prp treatment after first sitting, I have experienced Normal hairfall but after second sitting suddenly I am observing serious hairfall which is very concerning for me.whether it is normal to have such hair shedding after prp treatment especially considering the fact that I have experienced normal hairfall after first sitting that too stopped to a great extent after 15 days of first sitting. Hi Sir, I’ve been watching your videos. I did prp last year. The dermatologist took my blood, but after centrifuge there was no distinct golden colour, the colour was a bit pinkish red. The doctor said this is due to my being anemic (which i told her). She did the procedure anyway. I have been having long term headaches since then which has been going on since a year. It’s a continuous pain. I later studied more about it and came to know the prp should not be done if you are anemic. And also that the headache can be a side effect of using anemic blood. I don’t know what to do. Please suggest.

hello Doctor , i mailed you but u did not reply !!! i did mesotherapy for 6 session with cyproterone acetate (ginette 35) in 2015 and it gave me wonderful result but again when i did 4 session of prp along with saw palmatto tablets in 2017 , it gave zero result . why doctor ??
