How come you didn’t order any grilled items ? Americans love grilled food like Chicken Tikka, Tandoori or Kebab items..I take most of my American colleagues to an Indian restaurant and that’s what they like, of course Butter chicken , Nan and Biryani is what they enjoy a lot too.
