I love the way Mr. Christopher talks about music - really resonates with me. Please do more with him! I could listen to him all day.
I love seeing you guys have SO much fun jamming, while integrating (usually dry) music theory education. Such a tricky balance to achieve, and y'all have hit the SWEET SPOT.
i'm so excited with this stuff, they play music like if it was a childplay, simple, rythmic and perfect!
The blues is forever alive when these guys play it!!!
As well as playing the clarinet beautifully, Mr Christopher also has the most soothing and mellow voice!
I loved hearing the crew in the back getting right into it, yelling "YEAH!" You guys look like you had a lot of fun.

What style of clarinet does Evan Christopher have its beautiful?
It’s an older type of Albert system clarinet, with a decent bore size. Clarinets with fewer keys and fewer rings work better for jazz because fingers slide more smoothly between holes and the keywork doesn’t rattle. Also a clarinet with a larger bore size commands more presence, more nuances are possible especially for bending notes, and has a fuller sound.
