And entrances to shops is pretty amazing and the stepping stones over the river tops it off it is just ingenious. 19:06 WOW I wasn't expecting to see that beautiful scenery. 26:42 the waterfalls are spectacular and to construct a patterned walkway is phenomenal to go behind the waterfall is awesome. 32:43 what an amazing place for a gazebo and the structure is beautifully designed. Everything during the day is just as beautiful. 36:42 I'm assuming a restaurant, would be wonderful on the river. 40:45 any indigenous dancing and performances are awe inspiring, beautiful costumes, colours, movement, music, the singers voices are beautiful, all of it is sweet for the sight, that includes 44:42 the little boy who is going to be blessed with making his culture shine around the world. Im Chinese American. Never been to this part of China but this sure is majestic beautiful. Dont go so hard on Italy, I thought Venice was pretty nice too.
These ancient towns have so much history and character, and what really brings them alive are the people and the culture. They always look amazing, especially at night, with the accent of modern lighting
Furong is a beautiful ancient town❤.At night with all the illuminations it looks like a village straight out of a fairy tale.China is full of such hidden gems.The best thing is that the Chinese government preserves its ancient past and promotes it for tourism,this way economic activity is generated in such towns and people don't have to go all the way to big cities to find jobs and it reduces Urban-rural migration too.I enjoyed watching the folk song and the dance performance.I would love to visit China and visit all such hidden gems.I was shocked to see that a small town has a railway station.But such modes of transportation are necessary to promote tourism in these rural parts of China.

Good day! Didnt knew about this place when i visited Zhangzhiajie few years bck. Indeed an ancient township. Despite some modernisation but the authenticity remains. The buildings looks unique so do the architecture structure r just magnificent. Beautiful! Thanks 4 sharing this lovely place.😊👍

There’s bundles of beauty and charm within these Ancient Towns you have shown us Max. I bet it looks gorgeous in each season too. The lovely old wooden and stone structures are always able to captivate myself and many others I bet. At times the long shots of the illuminated buildings reminded me of Hongyadong along with the stairs too haha. The rail station was very cool and what one expects of you guys and girls now. The chances of me waiting at London Victoria for the Southeastern Bullet train to come rolling in are 🤔 slim to non-existent 😂🤣 oh well 😏 Thank you for the tour Max it’s much appreciated 👊

I came here before on the way back from Feng Huang Ancient city. Just passed by to go to toilet and buy some ginger candies! The waterfall in the middle of the ancient city really amazed me that time! 😅

This is a tourist attraction opened in 2021. They named it “Furong Ancient Town” as great marketing. But it’s 2 years old. Not ancient.
