Im sorry but the body needs to rest and recharge and regenerate when we sleep. We need the sleep. Minumim 6.5 hrs but 7 to 8 hrs is best. Thats why he has 100% white hair. He aged more and faster than he should have.
Yogis are free from psychological stress that creates lots of exhaustion to normal human beings. Psychological reality is not you .when you know this you'll be work smoothly and less rest you require.
He aged because of the Dhyanalinga consecration and the work he does around the world, check the information before jumping to conclusions.
