My heartfelt obeisance to Sadhguru . What a simple and lucid way of articulating the profound wisdom . Most of the time we take care our body serious only when we are ill . Its time to get benefit from ancient and time tested methods for healthy and enlighted living .
Fear of losing our loved ones? Or are we just trying to own them in our theater of dreams before we drop dead? Hoping every life movie ends happy is simply unrealistic. Loving them with every opportunity is a surer bet.

What amazed me from the beginning, the interviewer lady, was not able to say two sentences without reading from a piece of paper, when Guru is talking free for hours.. I listen to Sadhguru daily.. With all respect, was just a humble observation but people should do their work a bit differently.. if you cannot introduce someone without reading, why you are there in the first place?..
