So happy you got to go to a doll show! Amazing finds. And Kewpie likes GWTW. So happy a young person likes this movie. I watch it every year in February (to mark Clark Gable's birthday). Sounds like you had a wonderful day !
I haven't found a doll show where I live yet to go to, but I love peddlers' malls and antique malls. Got myself a vintage Skipper (brunette) and Titian bubble cut Barbie yesterday. As well as two more Barbies for my 80s "dolls of the world" collection.
So exciting to get to go to an actual show!! I like your Skipper and her outfits the best, but overall you both got a nice variety. I am hoping my Puyallup,Wa. show will happen in June. If not it comes again in October... Ebay has been somewhat nice but you are right about the shipping, a lot of it is SO expensive. I am happy for you and we all know we will never stop looking for dolls!
I'll keep my finger's crossed your show happens in June! It was so nice being able to SEE dolls again before buying! And, interacting with everyone, too!
Thank you for that nice doll tour! 😍 congrats in all of your finds! All the dolls are so pretty! My favorite is that baby girl that moves her head, adorable!! 😀✌🎈
Oh, i have to say that i just love the little wooden baby. Its just adorable and its my favorite. There was alot of dolls at the show that i would love to own but i know thats not possible. I dont know if there has ever been a doll show here in Oklahoma city, but i havent been a real collector until the past 2 years. Ive always saved barbies but now its just different kinds of dolls. Lately ive been into looking for big baby dolls. Ive found several kinda small ones and i bought them but im lookin for a vintage babydoll. I think it would be so much fun to walk around at a doll show. You both seemed to have a good time and bought some nice things. Thank you for sharing them.
It looks like there was something called the OKL Toy Show in 2019, they may have some doll vendors if they start back up again in 2021. Maybe worth a google!
I'm working on a dollhouse, so I enjoyed seeing the little miniatures! So many neat things to see. I think my favorite is your mom's wood doll because it's so unique.
The wood baby doll is really interesting. Until now, we'd only seen wooden animals from the company. And that's awesome about the doll house! I'm a sucker for good miniatures.
RUclips didn’t let me know about this video! I don’t know what’s up with that. Anywho, I enjoyed this video so much! It’s great y’all were able to go in person to a real doll show, and congratulations on all your purchases!
YT no longer emails notifications, so you have to keep an eye on the notification bar on the top of the page. It's a bit of a pain, I know. Thanks for watching!
I have the real life Lucy doll, got her when she first came out, got the pink dress. My Mom made clothes for her, she was a Christmas gift from my parents. What a coincidence. LOL ❤
Yay! We don't get doll shows here. Unless I want to travel 4 hours 1 way and 4 hours home. And I'm in a medium-sized city. We do get a toy show twice a year, but it hasn't been here since November 2019, so maybe we'll get it in November 2021 (they already said it won't happen in June when it is usually does). I have found dolls there and ponies and other cute things. Back in November 2019, I scored the Tea Party Perfect Barbie NRFB for $15. I was thrilled (I call her Sweet Tea, and a lot of collectors do, but Mattel calls her Tea Party Perfect). I didn't even try to haggle. That was half the retail price, and the doll is at least 3 times retail on ebay, so I was so happy! I couldn't spare the money when she first came out. Nice haul!
Hope to see you Sunday. So anxious to get to a show. I’ve never gone to a doll show. Paul needs his fix too. My sister had a No Name when she was little. She said she hated her and couldn’t understand why anyone would ever give it to her. It actually fit with my sister’s personality. I saw a Dancerella as you were walking through. Our daughter had one when she was little. I found one in the box at our antique mall when it was going out of business. You both got a great haul. Great video. Hoping to get another Ricky and Skipper and his clothes.
I just missed a local doll show last week. Finding that out really pinched! That said, I did go to a large antique show instead (only because I didn't know about the doll show) and got a compo Patsy that's in beautiful condition. Yesterday I picked up a jointed doll super cheap at a local vintage shop. She's got a retro face because she's a new small repro of 'Talky Tina' from the Twilight Zone episode! It's very satisfying to watch your footage of a real doll show, though. Nothing like it! P.S. When I'm bartering at a doll show, I've found the phrase that pays is: 'Is that your best price?'
Hi guys, I just love your channel, I love your super awesome dolls, they are all amazing, you guys are amazing ! New friend here, I couldn't wait to subscribe, love and hugs xxx
Hey Girls! It was nice to see you and actually be at a doll show again. The sellers were alot friendlier & more chatty than usual weren't they. I didn't get alot. (Been too busy on ebay, so I was trying to be kinda picky) Some EVH dolls for me, my boys got a bunch of ken clothes, and the hubby even found a hawaiian doll he thought was cool. I found a Twinkie doll in the box which I had never heard of until I saw her on Ebay the day before (for ALOT more) Loved your haul especially mom's Lucy. She's adorable. I just bought a Raikkes girl doll at an antique store last week so I liked your baby doll too. Didnt buy any kiddles this time so, it wasn't me. AND I'm with you 100% on GWTW. I watch it anytime I see it on.
It was good to see you and your family, too! Everyone was really friendly this time around! Maybe the break was good for us to remember that it's important to connect with people, even if they're strangers. You got some good finds there!
That was exciting, Thank you for the great video. Haven't been to a doll show in quite some time, our area unfortunately stopped having them before covid hit. Keeping my fingers crossed tho. How were the prices overall would you say? Love how Barbee0913 gets so excited when she held Lucy doll, she must be HTF , she is precious. I can tell she's going to be a doting grama, bless her heart ❤. I love the face on yr MA Scarlett- she's so beautiful, looks just like the actress. Oh, i have a Raikes wooden "Molly" they are OOAK Take care ladies 👍
The prices vary show to show, doll to doll. We generally buy things that are decently priced. And the Lucy is adorable! We've never seen her at a show before. She fits in well with the other playline dolls and Patti Playpal family!
Hey, Kewpie, would you be interested in a hollow plastic walker who has her original bell bottom jeans? She's got a split on one arm, but it honestly looks like she came that way new. I paid a couple dollars CAN for her at the thrift store, and she's pretty, but she just doesn't fit with my crew. She has short blonde hair, and blue sleep eyes that are clear and still work.
It isn't huge like shows you go too ive seen small and large dolls,I usually like it when I do go,I'm not sure about you guys taste,I see mostly smaller dolls but they usually have both, probably going on line finding how many vendors are gonna be there, you may know some vendors who knows😂
Really nice dolls. I am from Grand Island ,N.Y. and I am not aware of any doll shows. Do you know of any dolls shows in my area? Thank you for sharing. Love your video 😃

Louis even Belleville is far,may have to catch a cab if I do decide to go I hope you two had a fantastic Easter take care, and thanks for your response😊
Just in case we're wrong, I don't know if I should link to it! The listings are pretty obvious, though, and you'll see multiple listings with the same images attached coming from Japan. The LMNN is in a box without any plastic and lots of box rips. All are priced around $700-900 bucks. There's a leopard print chair that the box is sitting on for photos, which should help identify it, too!
Congratulations! You’re going to be an amazing mom 😻 Awesome haul! That EBay is out of control 💯 Scarlet is gorgeous ❤️
Thank you!
Love your finds! That baby that moves her head is sooooo cute.
She is such a cutie!
Very nice haul. Gone with the Wind is my Daughter's favorite all time movie. I have the Barbie Scarlette dolls.

Your mum's best find fo me was the little girl with the moving head and your best find is the madame Alexander.Stunning doll.

@@Kewpie83 That's cool! So your Mom and I are Patsy sisters. I'm just a year older than your Mom, I think.
I love to see your total Skipper collection.
The entire collection would take forever to film, I fear!
