I agree, YES daylight savings time change is kicking my butt! I am soooo tired all day now. How can that happen with just one hour time difference? I don’t get it, but I believe it, because it’s affecting me too! I hate it. They need to end it
I saw your comment and thought I would share what works for me. I don’t use a supplement for sleep, but I do like to have a cup of camomile or sleepy time tea. And taking a warm shower or bath in the evening I find helpful as well. I use products with lavender or vanilla at night. Also if you take vitamin D, it’s best to take it in the morning or lunch time(noon) the latest, cause it will keep you up at night if you take it later in the day. 😊🌸

U can freeze your bananas before they go bad and use them for smoothies
