I was listening to Victim of the new disease yesterday and that album has grown on me a lot A war you can not win was my introduction And the fall of ideals is probably my favorite ATR album
I agree with some of this ranking. But yeah, they definitely have their share of great albums. Fall Of Ideals and For We Are Many are my favorites. Interesting ranking.
My list changes all the time, but here's my final ranking: 9: Madness 8: Behind silence and solitude 7: A war you cannot win 6: Overcome 5: The Fall Of Ideals 4: Victim of the new disease 3: For we are many 2: The Order Of Things 1: This Darkened Heart YES, I love The Order of things. I was kinda biased, because This probably won't end well was my favourite song, but the more I listen to the whole album and the more I dig into it the more I like it! Every song is amazing and I really appreciate how good they sound even if they're not heavy. Tho the biggest surprise to me is For we are many! I used to HATE this album, because I didn't like Now let them tremble and title track for some reason and never came back.... UNTIL just recently and LOVED IT! For me is just better Overcome overall and one of the most fun albums, especially with songs like From the outside and The last time.
Interesting ranking, I haven’t heard all 9 albums in full but my Top 3 would be: #3. ...For We Are Many #2. Victim Of The New Disease #1. The Fall Of Ideals Hopefully someday I can rank all 9 albums on my channel as well
"A War You Cannot Win" is their worst. I personally think that album is hot garbage. Then again, this is coming from a guy who doesn't care for All That Remains to begin with. Personally, and you may disagree, but I think "Madness" is their best album. It's not because it's "modern rock" or "edgy" or whatever, but I truly felt the material on "Madness" had more diversity than anything they've ever done. Not a great album, but certainly over hated by people.
