You are absolutely right, in my opinion as I have test a lot of themes with different builders, the best combination is Kadence Theme with Kadence Blocks for any kind of website.
So based on your example at the 1655 minute mark love your video. You have to create an edit, etc., on a separate screen and then place them where you want in the document.? You can’t do it on the document? I only ask because in other software is like show it I can do everything right on the document itself.
This is showing how to place an element created with one page builder using an element from another builder (Kadence Elements based on Gutenberg). I don't think it is common to render one page builder's content inside another builder. You could create the banner using Kadence or you could create the entire site using Elementor.
This is a very nice comparison between the two Themes. I use Kadence Theme together with Elementor Pro and so far I am quite happy with the combination of the two. But I have two questions: Since this is a 2 year old video and Elementor Pro allows us by now to also customize blog posts, would you still recommend Kadence over Hello if you want a blog on your wesbite? And secondly, I found that I am not able to build my header and footer with Elementor once I set them up in the customizer of Kadence Theme. Is that a normal behaviour or am I missing out on something? A reply to these two questions would be highly appreciated.
Elementor Pro lets you create the layout and design for post pages, but that is different than providing support for Gutenberg. Kadence, GeneratePress, Astra, and Blocksy, for instance, do provide integration between the choices made in the theme Customizer and the Gutenberg editor. Colors, typography, container size, etc. You can set those in Elementor when using the Hello Elementor theme, but those won't carry over to Gutenberg. This kind of thing is really just an issue if there is going to be regular content created in Gutenberg. As far as I know, in general, you should be able to replace the Kadence theme header with one you build in Elementor. Perhaps you set conditional headers or something with Kadence? There are toggles to turn that feature off under Admin / Appearance / Kadence. If there is an issue it is hard to guess. You might try checking the JavaScript console in Chrome to see if there are errors showing there that might give a clue.
@@Elementor360 Thanks very much for the quick reply! I just decided to switch my website to Hello and build the Header and Footer with Elementor. That way I really get more freedom in designing them, which I like. As I don´t want to use the built in capabilities of the Kadence Theme anymore, it does not make much sense to use it at all, at least for me. You are right that the settings don´t integrate with Gutenberg yet, but I hope, Elementor will one day improve on that.
Yes, it should be lighter and faster with just Gutenberg. People add Elementor into the mix when they need the extra features, such as the Elementor Pro theme builder.
Another very detailed and thoroughly researched piece.... Invaluable source thankyou for taking your time again😊😊😊 What do you think this theme for your running wooocommce and a marketplace? . Currently using astra Pro
Thank you for the positive feedback. I like Kadence and it has good WooCommerce support and the Kadence membership has a few WooCommerce specific plugins. That said, Astra is a good theme and I wouldn't switch unless there were some features that you felt you really needed.
@@Elementor360 Hi, thankyou so much for your kind reply, you always reply to people and always give sound advice that all can understand. I am thinking of purchasing dymamicoo.o, I think this may help in creating specific different archive landing and shop pages needed for a marketplace... Astra does have custom templates and hooks... Would dymamicoo be of use? For other things , I know it's a very powerful Plugin. Thankfully for any pointers. Do you build websites or other?
@@adied7725 - It is hard to say if Dynamic.ooo will do what you need without details, but it is powerful. In addition to Astra, you might also check out Kadence which has Pro Elements (hooks). All three are on sale. There is a page on the Elementor360 site with a list of Elementor related sales.
@@DavidMcCan Hi david, I have gone ahead and purchased dymanicoo through your link from your website www.dynamic.ooo/?ref=4 so I hope that helps you. I am considering purchasing the Kadence theme but at the moment there is no white label option, also considering theplusaddons what are your thoughts on this plugin? or what are your thoughts on any others that may be more useful to me? please
@@adied7725 - Thank you for the support. I haven't used The Plus Addons. It looks like a very extensive addon package. Can you say what your plans are and what kind of site(s) you want to build?
Do you already have Elementor pro? or does it come with the Kadence theme? I just bought the Kadence theme pro and the elementor pro add ons are still locked.
Is there any point in using a theme with elementor any more? It's better to just have the most basic, bland, empty theme to build on with everything through elementor.

Kadence and Elementor are two different companies. Elementor Pro does not come with Kadence Pro.

Yes,, I think there are times when the Hello theme is not the best choice. I address that in the video :)
