I am making this for dinner, added leeks, onion, purple and white carrots, 1 sweet potato, 3 small gold potatoes, and yellow cauliflower all sauteed and patted dry. I will also add toasted pine nuts to top off the wonderful recipe you shared. xoxoxoxox Thank You :)
