hotellings model of whats it, its part of game theory, I dont know where the increase competition thing is coming from, there were guilds with monopolies , game theory is new and capitalist instead of mercantalist ????
Well presented and very informative. With only a few hundred subscribers, I am going to assume this is a new channel. Glad it was recommended to me and you have a new sub here and I am sure will soon have many more. Keep up the great work.
Informative and generally accurate although some of the dating is dubious and the shipping info. and illustrations are very dubious. The medieval illustrations are great but some of the others look as if they come from school history books or video games. The cadence of the AI voiceover makes parts of it almost unintelligible. Surely there’s a better one available or even try a real human.
PS- Ahhhh… Those were Great, Heady, Fun-filled Days back then! Although my Nieces both commented THEY do NOT really believe the Illustrations of these Histories; “ But Uncle Dar??- No One’s Wearing any MASKS!!!!!!” Good insight. MULTI-Foreign, Some Not too Hygienic or Health Conscious and Many Different Foreign Races/ Nations- TOUCHING Everything! - No PUREEL Wipes! Everyone crammed into 1 Bed, 1 Ship, 1 Tavern with Zero ❌⭕️ Social-Distancing Painted-Ground-6’ apart warnings. ( Did Taverns between the 10th-15th Century have a $Cover-Charge? ‘Two Drink or 2 Rat Minimal ‘ Policy?) Inquiring Medieval Enthusiasts want to know! 😂
🏆👍 ! Always well Detailed & Entertaining. The PICS, Period Paintings & Diagrams ( Especially the Sailing Ship and their Cargo Organization. ! ). Kudos ! God Bless. 👴🏽NoBody Films.

@1:03 trade occurred in public square and "sometimes triangles", I got a good chuckle out of that one, and it's no doubt literally true.
