The video means that Aoi got sad when Tanjiro said "Kanao, wait up!" because Aoi had a crush on Tanjiro (don't know if she still does) but after she found out Kanao liked Tanjiro too she forced herself not to like Tanjiro. So Aoi was sad because I think she wishes that was her I think?? I honestly don't know if it's canon that Aoi liked him but that is what I think the video means !
