I failed big time to hold back my own tears of joy for our dear Lydia as I watched this brilliant and priceless footage. More of the same please!! I'm a 71 yr old British golf course Greenkeeper and a golfer ta boot - an ex pat living in NZ since 1983 so I resonate deeply with the enormity of Lydia's recent achievements. It's been a long tough battle for her both mentally and physically during the last decade. It is clear by the emotion she expresses in this reel that the pressure is always enormous for her despite her seemingly calm temperament as she battles away out there on the course. Many would have given up but she has proved herself to be a real tough cookie alright. Congratulations Lydia - Yippy Ki Yay 👏😃 🎉 I wouldn't blame her or hold it against her if she chose to retire after this event. I'm sure she has other important things in her personal life she'd love to be getting on with. Life constantly on the road living out of a suitcase inflicts a hefty toll. Lexi Thompson clearly agrees...
