IH Diesel How to time your injection pump (Neuss Engines)

The Manual for these engines and timing the injection pumps is a little vague. After timing the pump the first time I wasn't positive I had it dead on because I didn't clean the paint off the crank pulley to clearly see the timing marks so I decided to do it again and make a video about it.
While it appeared to be correct after removing the inspection window on the pump I went through the whole process again and took some pictures to help anyone else out who might need to go through this.
