I also would like to ask questions, and that means I would like to have better understanding of how and why. I first learned of the Brandenburg Concerti when I was under the age of thirty. They served me well by showing me the joy in Bach’s music. Someone once said that the Angels listen to Mozart, but God listens to Bach. I’m sure that Bach would have quickly responded by giving all the credit to God.
