- 1998 arrival from China, after adoption. settling into my new home and my new family
Today (June 27) that yellow haired women with the big glasses holding that Chinese Girl had passed at 2:18pm (EST) it is with my heavy heart that I dedicated my adoption video to her and the rest of my family. I love you mom, and I’m always your little girl that loves you.
You must have had an amazing relationship with your mum ! - I expect you must miss her terribly but how lovely to dedicate your adoption video to her . She must have been so so proud of you and she has obviously brought you up to be a loving and caring person . May God richly bless you in all that you do during your life .
Dear Sara although this is almost 3 years on, thank you for sharing your adoption video. I am so happy that you were so loved by your mom & family. You were the sweetest baby girl. I was the first one to hold her in Canada besides her Mom. I am Emily 11 year old, I am now 31 and Sara is 20. We love her so much amd are so thankful for her

Why do you keep calling her mum "old lady"? She is not old. She must be in her forties. Nowdays women give birth at this age.
Your Mom loved you so much and her Love for you is still there. No matter, how old a Mom was ihr is, a Mom is a Mom and the main thing is the love she gives. And a Mom‘s Love will never die; it still goes on. I hope you are surrounded by many nice people. How old were you, when you arrived in Canada? I have relatives in Ontario. Greetings from Germany!

Jennifer Phillips When you first adopt a child, especially one who has been in an orphanage setting, it's best not to let anyone outside of the immediate family hold them. This is so the child can start to form an attachment to their new parents without confusion from being passed around from person to person.

Jennifer Phillips, my mom was close to one of the last people that could adopt as a single parent. She adopted me and I was go grateful to have her. My aunt recorded all of it and luckily she found that video. But now I can watch this every moment I have. I really did love my mom and she meant everything to me.
