Artist's Note: Pretty much since Season 2 ended, I've been speculating what the opening of Season 3 of Demon Slayer would be. I KNEW it would have a shamisen.

Always great when two of my favorite RUclipsrs collab together. I admittedly still haven't watched Demon Slayer, so I hadn't heard this song yet. But I am a Man With A Mission fan, so I guess I'll have to check it out since they're apparently involved lol. That being said, this is definitely among the best covers from both of you I've heard so far. Incredible job as always, Silver Storm and Nicki! 🤘
The manga for Demon Slayer was actually not highly successful early on. It struggled but received an anime adaptation and the legendary LiSa performed the opening song "Gurenge" for the first season and... although the anime for Demon Slayer is amazing.. LiSa put instant magic on the series with her incredible performance.
The hype built up so incredibly much that Demon Slayer is probably the best animated series of all time at the moment. I've yet to see anything that comes close to Uzui & Co. vs. Gyutaro and Daki (last season) as far as animation quality. If you watch the last four episodes in a row without openings/endings then its basically an hour and a half movie.
I really hope you check out the series! The story and characters are amazing, but the way the author ties love and pain together with the afterlife is a truly incredible experience. You'll most likely cry several times while watching this gem of a series :)

I only started Demon Slayer earlier this year, but it really rose through the ranks of my favourite anime and now ranks among my Top 5 favourite non-video game based anime. I've also been really getting into Nicki Gee's English covers of the openings, and I have to say you both struck gold with this one. You two really compliment each other near flawlessly, and the lyrics are phenomenal.
This is my favourite cover of this song purely because it's a duet.
